We’ve discovered over 150 wallpaper fragments revealing new information about the Palace’s history!

During our restoration process, we recently discovered over 150 wallpaper fragments from above Bishop Sherlock’s room. Join collections and conservation officer Roxane and learning producer Eleni for a hands-on session to explore the Palace’s history through its wallpaper. You’ll even create your own unique block-printed wallpaper design.

Event details:

• This event is suitable for unaccompanied young people ages 8 – 14.
• Adults should wait with their young people until they have been checked in with the session facilitator.
• Attendees should wear comfortable and practical clothing for crafting – aprons will be provided.
