Young archaeologists’ club (YAC): spring 2021 term

We’ve teamed up with the Council for British Archaeology (CBA), an educational charity, to open west London’s first YAC. The Club gives you a chance to get your hands dirty doing real archaeology — you’ll handle historical artefacts, meet archaeologists and try your hand at traditional crafts. All while gaining skills and making friends!
Each session has a different theme. Past activities involved:
- taking part in a real archaeological dig at Fulham Palace
- cleaning and cataloguing objects
- making medieval medicines
- investigating historical poo
The Club meets on Saturday mornings from 10.30 to 12.15.
