Young archaeologists’ club (YAC): World War I

Our Young Archaeologists’ Club (YAC) is for budding archaeologists aged 8 to 16.

Each month YAC members investigate different themes, with activities that can range from learning to catalogue artefacts to taking part in a real archaeology dig!

World War I

We’re visiting the National Army Museum to discover more about the War and its effect on Fulham Palace and the surrounding areas.

Upcoming sessions

Fish traps: Saturday 14 March, 10:30 – 12:15

We’ll be making a neolithic fish trap from straws, using the same methods which were employed by people living by the Thames 6,000 years ago.
