Hands On Archaeology : Tudor Grub

Details

Free, no booking necessary

An opportunity to get up close and personal with archaeology at Fulham Palace, and learn more about the rich and varied history of this ancient site.

Each session explores a different theme. This month explores ‘Tudor Grub’, paying particular attention to some of the animal bone discoveries made during our recent Tudor Dovecote Community Dig. Find out what the Bishop of London and his guests were eating in Tudor times and what life was like at the Palace.
