Fulham Palace is a truly remarkable place. For centuries, this Grade I Listed building situated in extensive grounds by the River Thames was the country residence of the Bishops of London. The Palace is now managed by Fulham Palace Trust, which is inspired by a vision to restore our nationally significant historic buildings and grounds to their original beauty and to provide outstanding facilities for the local community and visitors from farther afield.

Fulham Palace Trust completed a major restoration project in 2019. This transformed the Tudor quadrangle with the development of new exhibition rooms that tell the fascinating stories of the Palace over its 10,000 year history. In addition to our museum and historic rooms, the site also has a 13-acre botanical garden and a lively activity and public events programme, which includes volunteering, community archaeology and events for families and young people. The Palace is also a sought after venue for private events and contains a number of commercial office suites.

Our front of house posts are key roles at Fulham Palace.  Post-holders are the first point of contact for our visitors, providing excellent customer service, dealing with a wide variety of public enquiries and are a link to all other members of the Fulham Palace team.  We are seeking proactive, organised individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills to join our team.

Good levels of literacy and numeracy and experience of Microsoft Office systems are required, previous reception experience and knowledge of the local area are desirable though not essential.
