After hours wisteria walk

Delight in an exclusive golden hour evening surrounded by a breathtaking wisteria that is nearly 200 years old.

As the gates close to the public, step into the walled garden for a private after hours experience in one of London’s most beautiful historic garden. Our remarkable 70 metre wisteria takes centre stage, cascading in bloom and glowing in the early evening light.

Enjoy a complimentary glass of prosecco as head gardener Lucy Hart leads a relaxed walk & talk, sharing the history of this extraordinary plant and her expert insight into what makes it thrive. Whether you’re drawn by horticulture, heritage or simply the promise of a beautiful evening out, this is your chance to experience the garden at its most spectacular.

Afterwards, enjoy rare access to wander, photograph and take in the atmosphere without the daytime crowds. A beautiful setting, a relaxed pace, and a moment to savour.

Flowering times depend on the weather. This event is timed to coincide with peak wisteria season. If a late spring delays the display, you will be able to come back in your own time free of charge to experience it in full bloom.

• This event is for ages 18+.
• Ticket includes after hours exclusive access to the walled garden, guided walk & talk from head gardener Lucy Hart and a complimentary glass of prosecco (non-alcoholic beverage options are available).
• This event has been organised to take place during the peak wisteria season. Should a late spring delay the display, guests will be invited back free of charge to experience the wisteria in full bloom.
• Event will happen outdoors. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
• This event will go ahead in all weather unless unsafe to do so. Please dress appropriately.
