Grounding workshop: benefits & techniques
The beautiful gardens of Fulham Palace provide a perfect setting for this Grounding workshop, marking Earth Day.
In our fast-paced modern living it’s easy to forget how it feels to touch the earth, listen to a shell, observe the beautiful petals of a flower and the fresh greenness of ordinary grass. In indigenous communities, grounding is a natural part of life. Join us as we explore some grounding techniques from an African-centred perspective to inspire your reconnection to the planet & experience a deep sense of overall well being.
Led by Dr Michelle Asantewa, this workshop is a collaboration between Black History Walks, Fulham Palace Trust and Way Wive Wordz.
