Paint & sip: autumnal watercolour workshop

Welcome the changing season with an exclusive watercolour workshop led by local artist Hannah Watters, set in the beautiful historic Bishop Terrick’s drawing room at Fulham Palace.

Designed for those who appreciate both creativity and ambience, this intimate workshop is a chance to slow down, enjoy a complimentary drink and create your own beautiful A3 autumnal wreath. Hannah will guide you through the painting process, sharing her techniques and helping you bring your wreath to life.

Your design will be pre-sketched onto high-quality A3 watercolour paper, so there’s no need to be artistically minded or have any previous experience. All materials are provided, and with a small group and a generous session length, you’ll have plenty of time to paint at your own pace without feeling rushed.

Come along with friends or enjoy a creative afternoon to yourself, surrounded by the history and character of the Palace. Once your masterpiece is complete, you’ll receive a goodie bag to safely transport your artwork home.

About the artist

Hannah is a London-based watercolour artist and designer, living in Fulham. With nearly a decade of experience in the luxury travel industry, she has worked in PR and marketing, representing both boutique hotels and internationally renowned hotel brands. Recently, she expanded her creative journey by training as an interior designer.

During the Covid lockdowns, Hannah launched her art and table linen business. In the past few years, her paintings and linen napkins have been featured in Country Living, Town & Country, Condé Nast Traveller, and Liz Earle Wellbeing magazines. Several of her paintings are also displayed at the Glasshouse Café in Fulham.

A passionate painter, Hannah draws much of her inspiration from Fulham Palace, which is just a stone’s throw from her home. She is especially inspired by the walled garden, with its vibrant array of flowers and vegetables. Having first visited with her parents at a young age, it holds a special place in her heart.
