Interactive mindfulness sessions:

Join Bop Stars for interactive and engaging mindful sessions designed specifically for children between the ages of 4 and 8 (other ages welcome). This workshop aims to help children explore and understand their emotions in a fun and interactive way.

During the workshop, children will embark on an imaginative journey where they will discover the different “weather patterns” of emotions. Led by experienced facilitators, the session will provide a safe and supportive environment for children to express and explore their feelings.

The workshop will feature a variety of fun activities carefully curated to promote mindfulness and emotional understanding. By engaging with the “Weather of Emotions” workshop, young participants will develop valuable skills to navigate their emotional landscapes with confidence, resilience, and compassion. They will learn that, just like the weather, emotions are temporary and ever-changing, and that they have the power to influence their own emotional climate.
