History tour: National Lottery Thank You

Find a secret door, hear about ‘Bloody’ Bishop Bonner and discover the long and surprising history of Fulham Palace. Our experienced volunteer guides will take you around the external site and through the Palace’s historic interiors. Explore the Victorian chapel, Tudor great hall, Georgian dining rooms and our museum with thousands of years of artefacts on display.
National Lottery Open Week 2024
Fulham Palace has been supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and would like to say THANK YOU to everyone who has contributed by playing the National Lottery. We are proud to take part in National Lottery Open Week 2024.
National Lottery Open Week is an annual promotion that has been running since 2017 and 2024 is a special year for the promotion, as it marks the 30th anniversary of the National Lottery.
The idea is simple: during National Lottery Open Week, National Lottery-funded venues and projects across the UK make a special offer available to National Lottery players, which can be redeemed with a National Lottery ticket, scratchcard or proof of play online.
To say thank you for the £30 million raised for Good Causes every week by players, National Lottery-funded venues offer free entry, discounts and special offers throughout National Lottery Open Week.
Event details:
- Each attendee must show a lottery ticket on arrival.
- This tour is suitable for ages 14+. Accompanied children go free.
- Half of this tour will take place outside in the grounds before going inside the Palace’s historic rooms.
- There will be portions of this tour that includes walking across grass, gravel and cobbled paths.
- Occasionally there will be opportunities to sit but the majority of this tour is done walking and requires standing.
