Journey to awareness

Join us for an all-singing, all-dancing celebration of dementia awareness.

We are having an outdoor (socially distanced) event for all ages with live entertainment, a Dementia Friends presentation and interactive story-telling on the main lawn at Fulham Palace.

Performances include: live opera, Dementia Friends session and storytelling

Fulham Palace museum, café and botanic garden will also be open for you to enjoy free of charge before the event. Book your free time slot for the museum historic rooms for 12.00, 12.20, 12.40 or 13.00 so you don’t miss the performance!

Paid parking is available on Bishop’s Avenue. This is also the best place to get dropped off if you are coming by taxi. The event will be taking place on the main lawn near the chapel.

As we will be outdoors, in the event of heavy rain the event will be cancelled and you’ll be notified by email. Please wrap up warm so you can enjoy the performances! You’re welcome to bring something to sit on such as a mat or camping chairs too – we’ll have designated spaces marked out to sit in. If you can bring a pen along, even better!

Katrina and Rebecca from Cat and Hutch Productions will be leading an interactive storytelling show based on a children's story by Oscar Wilde
We delighted to be welcoming the English Touring Opera! Here they are mid performance this summer in Hammersmith and Fulham.
