Supporter exclusive: visit to Charterhouse

Fulham Palace supporters are invited to join us for an exclusive visit to Charterhouse!

We are delighted to invite our Friends and Patrons to an exclusive visit and tour of the former Carthusian monastery, the Charterhouse. Located between Barbican and Smithfield Market, and to the north of what is now Charterhouse Square, the site now serves as an almshouse. Residents of the almshouse are known as ‘Brothers’, which is a purely traditional term acknowledging the Charterhouse’s monastic past.

Join a professional guide to discover the evocative remnants of the medieval monastery and the courtyards of the opulent Tudor mansion. The tour casts a new light on well-known stories from British history and introduces visitors to the unique heritage of the historic Charterhouse – living the nation’s history since 1348.
