Explore the festively decorated historic rooms at the Palace with a specialty guided tour! From feasts in the Tudor period to Christmas carols in the Victorian period, discover how Christmas was celebrated here at the Palace.

*Historic Houses members must enter their membership number when booking and a valid card must be presented on the day of the tour.

Event details:

  • This tour is suitable for ages 14+. Accompanied children go free.
  • There will be portions of this tour that includes walking across grass, gravel and cobbled paths.
  • Occasionally there will be opportunities to sit but the majority of this tour is done walking and requires standing.
