ChilliFest 2020

Join us for a day dedicated to the colourful, versatile and deliciously painful chilli plant!

There will be chilli tastings, home-grown chillies and chilli sauce for sale, and a chilli expert on hand for all your burning questions.

Come and marvel at the gigantic specimens of the Fulham Allotment’s heaviest veg competition. The Fulham Horticultural Society will also be exhibiting a beautiful selection of flowers and produce by their top growers, who are available to give tips on growing perfect plants.

Seating will be limited so please bring your own picnic blankets, folding chairs and dancing shoes.

While your taste buds are being challenged by the chillies, Banda Bomba will entertain your ears with a spicy mixture of Latin jazz and funk.

Chilli Fest is a community event in collaboration with Fulham Palace Meadows Allotments Association (FPMAA) and Fulham Horticultural Society (FHS). This year is the 10th anniversary of FPMAA’s ChilliFest and FHS’s annual show has been held every year since 1924. Both events would have been cancelled due to Covid-19, but we are thrilled to be able to provide the socially-distanced space.

Banda Bomba will get you up and dancing (within your social bubbles)!
