Join our annual springtime celebration of sustainability and biodiversity!
Explore a wide selection of stalls featuring local craftsmanship and eco-friendly alternatives from small businesses. Learn a new skill at one of our workshops and hear experts discuss the latest topics in our talks tent. Relax to some live music with a bite to eat from sustainable food vendors or the drawing room café. Children can enjoy crafts, outdoor games and more, and adults can enter our tombola for the chance to win big!

Green market
This year, discover an amazing range of stalls with a variety of eco-friendly and sustainable options. From green gifts to upcycled wonders, come ready to shop! Stalls in the green market include Blossom Studio, Halo Bottle, Meli Design, Nonna Tonda, Wild Daisy and many more. Classic Palace stalls will showcase garden produce, plants and the museum shop, too!

Listen to keynote speakers discuss speciality topics, from conservation and sustainability to horticulture and natural history.
Activities
There’s something for everyone at the green meet, from hands-on workshops to family yoga. Enjoy a picnic on the lawn as you listen to live music, and celebrate all things green with a wide range of tours, talks and workshops.
Family yoga
Join Everybody Yoga Company under the tipi for a fun yoga session. Discover yoga poses from around the world in this dynamic and playful activity. For children ages 3 – 10 and their adult.

Pickling workshop
Learn a new eco-friendly skill courtesy of Sunny Jar Eco Hub! This practical workshop will teach you everything you need to know to get started creating tasty pickled treats at home and reduce food waste. During this practical workshop, experts will show you how to prepare easy pickled and fermented recipes, demonstrating how to craft fridge pickles, sauerkraut and apple cider vinegar.
Bring along 2 medium jars and any vegetables you have at home that you want to turn into something tasty – all other equipment provided.
Children’s upcycling workshop
Discover new and exciting ways to turn old materials into your own unique notebook to take home!
Join Green up your Act as you explore how recycling and upcycling can help save our planet. Materials will be provided, so get creative in this fun, hands-on activity and develop your awareness of sustainability and all things green!
This workshop is suitable for children between 4 – 16.
Pre-loved pavilion
Say no to fast fashion! Visit our pavilion in the chaplain’s courtyard to learn how you can re-love items and do good for the planet.
With a mixture of high-street, vintage and luxury items, discover wonderfully unique treasures at the Preloved Fashion Pop-Up. There’ll also be tons of eco-conscious vintage childrenswear courtesy of Rockin Times Kids – so don’t miss out on some great fashion finds!

Garden games
Get adventurous in the garden! There will be an exciting variety of free interactive games for children in the walled garden, courtesy of Supercamps and The Bushcraft Company. Rosie Posie and About Faces will be face-painting all day – go wild!
Garden tours and chicken chats
Learn about composting, birds or the Palace moat in mini-tours from our fantastic garden apprentices, or meet our brand-new crew of chickens with gardener Pete.
Garden stalls
There will be plenty of green garden stalls, with something for everyone! Shop from our barrow, buy freshly picked flowers, honey and preserves from our bees and trees, and buy handcrafted items from the green woodworkers.
Seed swap
Have you planted your spring seeds and still have a few left in the packet, or did you harvest more than you needed last year? Share the love and bring your seeds along to our seed swap! You’ll be able to exchange your spare seeds for something you don’t have – making your garden more colourful, scented and delicious. All seeds are welcome, from flowers to produce. Make sure the seeds you bring are clearly labelled so we know what they are.
Picnic on the lawn
Grab a beverage and bite to eat and from the drawing room café or some of the delicious food vendors on site! Sit back, relax and enjoy the live music as you take a break from the activities. You’ll be spoilt for choice!
Food and drink vendors include the drawing room café, Wimbledon Brewery, Against the Grain Cider, Angel’s Bakery, Hawkins Bros Wine, Cub Coffee, Hola Guacamole and Dough and Deer.
Tombola
Win big at the tombola! There’s a variety of green and eco-friendly goodies to be won, such as a case of beer from Wimbledon Brewery, a box of delicious cakes from Tess’ Brilliant Bakes, burrito or nachos meal from Hola Guacamole, a personalised bracelet from Wild Daisy UK – other prizes to be confirmed soon!
