Courtesy of Sunny Jar Eco Hub, learn how to prepare easy pickled and fermented vegetables and fruits. During this practical workshop, experts will show you how to prepare easy pickled and fermented recipes, demonstrating how to craft fridge pickles, sauerkraut and apple cider vinegar.
Please bring along 2 medium jars to take away your homemade products in, and any vegetables you’d particularly like to pickle – otherwise all vegetables and equipment will all be provided!
